Cross-chain, cross-exchange trading. Only on Orion Terminal.

While the increase in bridges coming to market is a positive step forward for interoperability within the space, until these bridges are integrated into trading platforms we will not see true cross-chain trading. Separate, siloed access to exchanges and blockchains is not the future.

Just one week after the launch of Orion Bridge V1, Orion Bridge V2 is here: and integrated into Orion Terminal’s back end. Orion Bridge is the first and only bridge to be integrated into a trading platform, enabling true cross-chain, cross-exchange liquidity aggregation for the first time. Users can trade a growing number of ERC20 assets, with the benefits of the high speed and low network fees of Binance Smart Chain.

This is the first iteration of true cross-chain cross-exchange trading. The aggregation of liquidity across multiple chains and exchanges into one orderbook enables users to trade for the best price at any time - on any connected chain, and any connected exchange. All while securely connected to your wallet.

As Orion Bridge grows to include more assets and chains, Orion plans to become the chain-agnostic gateway to the entire crypto market: eventually enabling users to trade any asset across any chain without limits, delays, refused orders, blocked funds, or exploits.

How does this work?

Take a connected exchange like KuCoin (does not support BSC deposits or withdrawals). Orion Bridge enables decentralized trading of ERC20 assets routed from KuCoin’s orderbooks, while connected to Binance Smart Chain - for near immediate and feeless trading of ERC20 assets.

1. Users connect wallet to Orion Terminal on BSC
2. User places order for ERC20 asset
3. Aggregator routes order via KuCoin
4. Broker executes order on KuCoin
5. Broker creates counter order from balance
6. Aggregator creates a trade to change client balance
7. Broker withdraws received assets from KuCoin
9. User receives asset, paying only BSC fees

Cross-chain trading shouldn't compromise your assets.

DeFi was built out of a demand for ownership and responsibility over your own assets. But in the wake of over $500million exploited across bridges in the last two weeks alone, how can you be certain your funds are safe when using these 'decentralized' bridges? Not only is Orion Bridge the first bridge to be integrated into a trading terminal for true cross-chain cross-exchange aggregation, it’s the most secure bridge in market - built on peer-to-peer atomic swaps.
Learn why this is important.

What's next for Orion Bridge?

  • 10 assets (ORN, USDC, USDT, ETH, LINK, SUSHI, SXP, YFI, KSM, COMP) are currently supported for cross-chain, cross-exchange trading on Orion Terminal, with plenty more to come.
  • Available assets to bridge include ORN, USDT, USDC, ETH, FTM, LINK, COMP, and MATIC. New assets will be added weekly, and with each subsequent chain.
  • A peer-to-peer public broker network in our next iteration will enable Orion Bridge to scale infinitely - offering cross-chain trading of any assets in our brokers' accounts or wallets.
  • Our broker network underpins Orion Bridge. Every additional broker onboarded into Orion Terminal will be integrated into Orion Bridge for deeper liquidity.
  • In its first iteration, Orion Bridge has been enabled between Ethereum and Binance Smart Chain networks. Each subsequent chain onboarded into Orion Terminal will be integrated into Orion Bridge.
